Cala San Vicente is a hidden gem in the north of Mallorca. Protected by the high mountains of Tramuntana and blessed with crystal-clear waters, this is a true paradise. It is within this beautiful setting that the fully renovated Villa Can Sohn is located. Perfectly situated a short distance from the 3 sandy bays of Cala Barques, Cala Clara, Cala Molins with an excellent selection of restaurants, this chalet offers cosy interiors (air conditioning, completely renovated and finished to the highest level), spacious terraces and a welcoming private pool. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Villa Can Sohn can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.Inside, the villa is situated on a single floor and is full of light. It has been completely renovated to a high standard to offer a unique holiday experience in one of the most beautiful areas of the island. It has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 double, 2 doubles), 2 family bathrooms with shower and a spacious living room with adjacent kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing any type of recipe (large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave) and the living room is comfortably furnished with sofas, armchairs and flat-screen television.In the exterior there is a fantastic porch, surrounded by bougainvillea flowers, perfect for dining outdoors (a brick barbecue is available for guests to enjoy). The large private pool (6 m x 3.5 m deep, between 1.2 m and 1.6 m) has Roman steps and attracts sun all day. It has comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas.Free air conditioning from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.The tourist tax is included in the price.Information to be taken into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.Welcome to Villa Can Sohn, for unforgettable holidays just steps from the sea!

My Dad and I had a really lovely short break at this villa. Villa, pool and local area all what we wanted from this holiday. Good clear instructions from Sealand Villas throughout the booking. We are regulars to this end of the island but first time with Sealand Villas. Would recommend.

Beautiful villa with a lovely pool in a great spot close to beach, shops and restaurants.

Villa was beautifully clean on arrival. Very modern inside and looks exactly as listed. Lovely pool set in the pretty patio area. 10 min walk from beaches and shops. Snorkelling is a must. Villa is in very quiet and peaceful location. Short drive to Pollenca which has plenty more restaurants but can get very busy. Overall very nice.

Great Villa

The Villa was lovely, just as advertised. When we arrived there were a couple of small things we needed sorted but nothing to ruin our first day. The maintenance man was very helpful and friendly and sorted everything for us. The air conditioning in one of the bedrooms wasn’t working for 3 days which in a 7 day stay was frustrating in the hottest week so far but it was sorted quickly once the engineer arrived. Villa is spacious in a lovely street and very well equipped with everything you need. We love Cala San Vicente and visit every year and if you’re looking for a family stay then this Villa is ideally located and perfect for you.

Pool: Das Wasser war sauber. Ausreichend von der Größe. Es gab eine angenehme Treppe. Jedoch lagen viele kleine Fliesen vom Pool auf dem Grund des Pools. Die kleinen Fliesen fielen täglich ins Wasser des Pools. Es gab sechs Liegestühle, diese waren leider teilweise durchgelegen. Auch hier bedarf es der Erneuerung. Zum Sonnen sind die Terrasse und der Pool super. Es gibt auch ein ausfahrbares Sonnensegel. Im hinteren Bereich der Terrasse ist ein runder Tisch mit sechs Stühlen, dieser Tisch ist zum Abendessen für sechs Personen etwas klein.Küche: Modere Elektrogeräte. Super Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank. Toller Herd. Jedoch waren die Gläser nicht sauber. Von machen Dingen gab es nicht genug (z.B. keine sechs Weingläser). Leider fehlte das Willkommenspaket.Wohnzimmer: Bequemes Sofa, praktischer Fernseher. Schlafzimmer: Bequeme Betten, etwas muffiger Geruch. Auf einem Bett lagen Haare und grüner Nasendreck. Genug Stauraum.Badezimmer: Alles in Ordnung Überall eine Klimaanlage

Lovely quiet location

Nice and quiet residential location, pool area and villa clean and equipped. Might struggle for space with 6 people indoors for seating but outside area has lots of seating and sunbeds. Couldn't use any of the fitted wardrobes as they had an awful stale musty smell that was very strong.think they need removing and replacing possibly rotten? made the whole villa smell if doors and windows not open .
