Anniversary

It was really relaxing. Very family focused. They were really flexible when our flights got canceled and we came a day late. They also gave a complementary bottle of wine for our Five year anniversary. It was a lovely stay.

We like it that there is the kids club option. However we feel like that morning session should start earlier (10am instead of 10:30am), and start later for the afternoon session (2:30pm instead of 2:00pm)

Very nice hotel,nice pool and good ambience a lot of family with kids,feel very safe for lonely women travelling,only deception was food,best Dinner was the Indian night,nice Tikka Massala,otherwise quality of ingredients not great,maybe will it be better to have less choice but better quality ingredients,I could see some plates left with food on other tables,I did it myself,will I stay again yes,but without half board,also I took an extra fees for beverages as with half board it's not included ,but if you go on the bar on the first floor it doesn't work it's only the drinks at the fountain at the Restaurant included,a little confused! Thank you to the lovely staff ,especially at the front desk and cleaning lady.

Average stay. Fine for a week. Areas around hotel grounds very tired especially playground, teenage hangout was pretty neglected and dirty. Not a four star. Food had some good choices and some nights awful. Breakfast the best. Room had no sound proofing, woke by cars, vans, buses - entertainment for adults limited. Best suited for under 5’s - pools were the coldest ever I’ve experienced which really spoilt the holiday but suddenly the last day they were more manageable!

Erittäin mielenkiintoinen saari on Menorca. Hotelli oli tosi hieno ja tyylikäs. Mukavat altaat ja all inclusive oli kyllä hyvä. Milla Mikkolan liikuntatunnit todella hyvät. Harmi, ettei Suomesta ole suoria lentoja Menorcalle. Paljon aktiviteettejä hotellissa. Viihdyin erittäin hyvin.

Como hotel está muy bien,el personal muy amable,la comida está muy bien,las habitaciones están muy bien,amplias, limpias,con parking privado,zona de piscina perfecto,piscina climatizada,la única pega que le pondría es que tiene un jacuzzi y cada 1 minuto tienes que darle al botón para que se vuelva a encender,entiendo que no tenga que estar horas encendido,pero creo que se podría mejorar ese pequeño aspecto con un temporizador al menos de 10,15 ,20 minutos y no cada minuto tener que encenderlo..por lo demás hotel muy recomendable..

Grand hotel club parfait pour visiter l’île

Un grand hôtel-club majoritairement fréquenté par des familles (avec enfants) anglaises. Appartement en très bon état et tranquille (fin de saison oblige). Les buffets du matin et du soir sont très corrects, d’un de vue qualité-prix. Le personnel est particulièrement sympathique (encore plus si on parle espagnol !)

O hotel é como nas fotos. Pontos positivos: localização , todo o espaço do hotel, comida boa e variada, praia perto. Pontos negativos: esqueceram-se de recolher o lixo dos hóspedes anteriores a nós. Os lençóis eram na realidade uma capa de edredão… como o nosso quarto era no piso térreo tinha cheiro a humidade.

Beau séjour fin octobre

Bel hôtel tout équipé : piscine intérieure/extérieure, jeux enfants, mini club, bar, snack, etc ... Personnel très aimable. Propreté correcte, en fin de saison on sent toutefois que quelques éléments méritent bientôt le grand ménage qui aura lieu une fois l'hôtel fermé. Chambres sous forme de petits appartements agréables, la déco séjour/chambre a été revue et modernisée, la salle de bain est plus vieillotte mais très fonctionnelle (baignoire et douche à part). Club all inclusive idéal en famille, très bien situé à 5 min à pieds de deux petites plages.

Un acierto

Fue la mejor decisión a la hora de elegir hotel en Menorca, buena ubicación, zona tranquila pero con cosas q hacer alrededor, las habitaciones geniales, todo el personal siempre muy amable y dispuestos a ayudar en lo que necesitáramos, el desayuno siempre con muchas opciones para todos los gustos y camareros muy amables también, en cuanto a las medidas del COVID tienen todo bastante bien organizado

Hôtel exclusivement réservé aux anglais.Petite erreur quand j'ai réservé mais aucun regret car l'hôtel est magnifique,la restauration haut de gamme,et nous avions une chambre très bien placé.Nous avons été très bien reçu malgré le problème de la langue..donc pas de télé française et aucune doc en francais . clientèle jeune couple avec bébés .. à refaire avec grand plaisir

Muy amables, todo muy limpio, la comida muy bien, en general bastante bien, pese a ser un hotel donde todas las actividades están dirigidas a personas de habla inglesa, de hecho nadie del personal para animar a los niños sabe español, con mi hija no hay problema porque está muy em contacto con el idioma pero para peques que no lo estén puede ser molesto. Lo peor de la estancia la “cama”, muy pequeña e incómoda al igual que las almohadas.
