Fabulous penthouse room with sea view. Very large and comfy bed. Tepid breakfast, often no cups for tea or coffee and things running out no replaced quickly!

It was in a much busier area than shown on the Expedia website. Very busy time of year, but beautiful view over the coast.

Excellent location in a fantastic resort.

Excellent location in a fantastic resort. Single room was adequate but no balcony and very limited view. Pool area is excellent however the smell in the downstairs toilets is overbearing. Breakfast terrace location is superb. Only thing that let it down was the watery orange juice and the slow coffee machines which caused queue's. All my negatives were things that I had read on reviews prior to travelling.

Lovely hotel for cycling in Majorca

Always a great hotel for cycling in Majorca. Great bar and lovely views for breakfast. Swimming pool is an added bonus.

Excellent location. There is a large bike store adjacent to the hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Everything was great: room size, bed, bathroom, shower pressure, breakfast, staff are lovely, food and cocktails were great. Small negative feedback: the rooms are a bit noisy as noise travels through the hotel and from the bar outside, so our sleep was a bit interrupted. We also experienced a weird yellow substance come into the pool from the sea the first few days, but this seems to be sorted the rest of the holiday. If the sun loungers were full (only happened once to us) then you have the beach next door. Having the beach just there was great for someone like me who loves to go in the sea.

First hotel is NOT adults only. An adult is 18 years plus but 14. We had a sea view room on 3rd floor which was excellent. Lovely and clean with a very comfortable bed. Make sure if you’ll book one thought that you ask for at least level 3 , any lower and all you will see is a large tree that grows in front of hotel and not much sea. Good choice for breakfast although hot food could have been warmer. They also need more than 2 coffee machines to come when busy. Main complaint was the waiting staff clearing tables very miserable and actually quite rude. They really should not reach across guests to clear plates when they are still eating. This happened most days so was not one particular waiter but most of them Plenty of sun beds around pool available when we were there but many of better positioned ones still reserved for hours on end with no obvious policing by pool staff removing towels after 30 mins unattended as they claim.

My partner and I love this hotel! We stayed last year in the apartments and had the gorgeous views of the mountains, especially when the sun was setting. This year we stayed again but in the hotel for a change! We had a side view balcony which showed mountains and the beach/port! Food is great, staff are very kind and polite, location is perfect, the hotel and rooms are spotless. The pool location is outstanding, literally connected to the sea with a stunning view. Would definitely stay again for the third time :)

We loved our stay at the Daina hotel. The room was beautifully done, clean and had a wonderful view of the mountains. It was always cool and the air con a welcome relief from the August heat. The breakfast each day was really lovely with a large variety of fresh foods to choose from. Whilst we loved the view from the pool area and spending time there, my only request would be a that sunbeds around the pool aren’t ‘held’ in the mornings. Many beds were without people for hours as some people had ‘saved’ them. Possibly a towel system for collecting with room number would help with non guests using the pool area/beds too.

Fantastic hotel overall. Perfect location with the best pool in Pollença, right in the middle of the beachfront with all the shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was excellent, definitely one of the best I’ve had, as it had everything (fruit, yoghurt, full cooked, continental, cereal, etc). Staff were very helpful, which is good as the only thing which let us down was our air conditioning didn’t work for the first two nights. Once we reported it, it was fixed the next morning. One other minor gripe is that the rooms are advertised as soundproof, and we had what sounded like an elephant stomping around in the room above us at 7am every morning. Otherwise it was a really great stay and we’ll be back!

The hotel was fabulous. Everything felt fresh and was spotlessly clean. Our room was sea facing with a balcony, with room height windows making the most of the view and with good cotton linen and an iron/ ironing board. Although the hotel is right on the promenade, it is not noisy, and with the balcony doors closed ( there is air con) the sound proofing was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is salt water (another bonus) and it’s position was lovely as you could look out into the bay and across the port. Finally, the breakfast choice was fantastic. Possibly the best I have ever experienced, with a first floor restaurant terrace meaning we could make the most of the hotels view from the start of the day. I came here with my teenage daughter for a 4 night break and it was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is in a great location, the pool and pool staff were great however found reception and breakfast staff not very helpful or welcoming but we did visit at the end of a busy season. The room was tiny and struggled to apply makeup and dry hair without any decent mirrors. The wardrobe was ok to hang shirts but nothing else so had to hang dresses on the outside of the door. Overall I would return but think they could make more effort to look at each room from a practical rather than aesthetic point of view.

Superb breakfast

This was our first visit back to Majorca after 27 years. We were last here with the children. This time an adults only hotel! The ladies on reception were very helpful. We arrived in a hire car and I left my hubby in it whilst I went to ask where we could park. There's no on site parking for cars but a lot for bikes I believe. We unloaded our suitcases and put them in cupboards in reception then went to park the car. We didn't have to go to far but this was April. Our room was ready an hour later. It was very nice. Very clean. We changed and went and found a lounger pool side. The pool is built above the sea. Th pool water is salty. I didn't swim but my husband did and it was bearable. I have to say that the buffet breakfast is one of the best we have encountered. Huge choice and all beautifully presented. We had drinks in the bar on a couple of occasions. One evening they had a great singer and guitarist. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the hotel and wouldn't hesitsate to recommend it. We moved on to an Airbnb and me providing the one choice breakfast!!
