"The heating unit was not turned on when I entered the room so it got very chilly. When I turnd it on it was very noisy. I called the front desk a number of times but no one answered .Furthermore It also did not seem that the front desk was staffed."

We walked to a local spot for dinner by the water, so can’t comment on the hotel restaurant, but the menu looked really good. Would definitely stay here again!"

"From the moment we arrived, the stay was unacceptable. We walked into the hotel only to be met with an extremely loud, relentless buzzing from the heater—impossible to ignore. We then discovered there was no elevator, which is completely unreasonable given that my husband had just been released from the hospital and should not have been climbing stairs. Once we reached the room, the situation went from bad to appalling. The level of filth was beyond anything even remotely acceptable: thick layers of dust everywhere, what appeared to be dried bodily fluids on a chair, dark grime coating the front of the couch. The level of neglect that was genuinely nauseating. The condition of this room was not just disappointing—it was inexcusable."

"This was the worst experience I have ever had with hotels.com and I left without staying the night. The key was unnecessary since the door didn’t lock from the outside, only the inside. The staff was unpleasant and unhelpful. I had to speak to the “manager” because they couldn’t figure out what to charge me even though it was clearly labeled on the web site. I asked for a quiet room away from noise because I had to get up early and was given a noisy room. I mentioned that the room was noisy as it was getting late and I was told by the staff person that “people are living their life”. There was no suggestion about changing rooms to accommodate me. The TV either didn’t work or I couldn’t figure it out and it was suggested that I was going to bed soon so he would consider coming by later for the tv (if necessary) even though it was going to be difficult to sleep with noisy neighbors. The room was uncomfortable, old and in mediocre to lousy condition. I don’t know how clean it was since I left before finding out. The room was very inexpensive and that should have been my clue there would be some problems, but it seemed to have good reviews so I took a chance. I guess you get what you pay for but I would prefer a refund!"

"Nice room very clean. The only negatives I had was no plug in bathroom or hairdryer also plug needed by desk.to plug in laptop. I did manage though and for the price was amazing. Happy Stay. "
