"I got for less than rooms in nearby hotels. Had two rooms, one bath. Nice hot water and flow. Wifi fine for Zoom and Teams. The door is odd/old fashioned (double door, though with dead bolt) so might want something more for single guests that have security concerns (was not a problem at all for me). Neighborhood was fine and was nicely situated for my RPI events. Apartment was cool with high ceilings and windows stretching to near the floor in the living room (someone might take issue with the inability to shutter those, but I thought they were really nice). One thing to note: on completely separate Vrbo listing in Los Angeles I had a problem because I didn't know I had to sign a rental agreement. This one too needs an agreement to be signed. Just make sure you communicate and complete. Tatyana was a GREAT communicator and made sure I was comfortable with the code and the process and helped me add a day to the booking. Overall, this was WELL worth the price."

"The Gardner Inn is very comfortable. We stayed in the John Waters quest room which was attractive with a touch of camp (as it should be). We slept beautifully.
