"I enjoyed my stay at this property. The gardens and feel down by the river are lovely, the food was very good. The spa is very expensive but our spa/massage ladies were great. I wasn't very impressed with our room. There was an issue with my expedia booking/confirmation stating I will receive a free massage. This didn't come through at their end but they honoured it regardless which we were thankful for. Overall despite enjoying our stay I feel the prices are too high compared to other places...

"We loved the quiet, luxurious ambience at The Ridge and had a super relaxing stay. The room was stylish and comfortable and the view of the ridge from the private pool and terrace was stunning. We had an excellent massage in our room and the butler service was excellent . I’ll definitely come again"

"My family had a fantastic stay here. The place itself is wonderful, set in a beautiful traditional Balinese family complex, and the villa area is spacious, quiet and private. The kids loved the pool and really appreciated the supplied floaty toys. The photos represent the property we'll, everything is comfortable and overall it's a very relaxing and enjoyable environment to spend time in.
The location is also great, the Penestanan area is nice and a bit more chilled out than central Ubud, but...
