"The property was absolutely beautiful! The room we stayed in blew our minds! So spacious and modern amidst the backdrop of an ancient Balinese temple. The property has a pool, gym, restaurant, shop, and an impressive 4 floor museum! What made the stay 5 stars was the staff. They were all so pleasant and extremely helpful. Two particular staff members, Putra and Gusde, made us feel like family! We will never forget them! If you are planning a trip to Bali, stay here! You won’t regret it!"

"Blown away by it so next part isn't to negalate this. Main problem communication ,we didn't know afternoon tea is included so instead of getting to hotel spent it outside ( afternoon tea not great and no vegetarian options) . All the facilities not explained and due to jet lag /heavy wedding never got to grips with geography of hotel and got lost ...not enough signs to location of rooms especially. However after first day didn't bother walking ..just called buggy. Massage excellent. Breakfast for vegetarian cooked selection limited however still excellent. Staff ...amazing , treated like king."

"Bhumi Sangtu is a boutique hotel that offers an authentic Balinese village experience. If you’re looking to immerse yourself in the local culture and enjoy a quieter, more traditional setting, you’ll appreciate its location. However, if you’re expecting a boutique hotel with upscale accommodations and amenities, you may find it falls short. The service was excellent from start to finish. Adi and Sandi, the guest service representatives, were top-tier. They were warm, attentive, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Adi, who truly made my trip memorable. She went above and beyond by serving as my driver during my tours, taking incredible photos for me, and making sure I experienced the best of Bali. Her kindness, local knowledge, and genuine care turned what could have been an average stay into a memorable vacation. She is an incredible asset to the property. Unfortunately, the room and facilities did not meet my expectations. The room had a damp, musty smell, and the amenities were very limited for a boutique hotel."

"The staffs are great and accommodating. I booked a room for my elderly mum and wasn’t aware that it’s at end of the building (this place is huge) and need to walk up some stairs. She got upgraded to a studio which is just a short walk to all the restaurants and front entry, for 3 nights and no charges. If you after a place to relax, highly recommended. They have gym/spa ( extra charges) , a massive pool and like 6-7 restaurants. Also they have heaps of security guards, as a guest I do feel super safe staying there."

"Located on the steep hills on the outskirts of Ubud, we chose this hotel based solely on its location and the photos we found online. As with any booking made from pictures alone, your imagination inevitably starts to paint a picture of what the hotel and its surroundings might actually be like. The road leading to the hotel is narrow—at times it feels as though there's barely enough room for the taxi to pass. Winding through rice fields and dense jungle, the journey itself builds a sense of anticipation. Eventually, you arrive at the hotel entrance, where a gently sloping driveway leads down to the reception area, offering your first glimpse of what awaits. We arrived late in the evening, making it difficult to fully appreciate the setting at first. Even so, it immediately felt like a hidden jungle retreat, and the atmosphere was simply breathtaking. The pool area, located a short walk down from the reception, is undoubtedly the jewel in the hotel's crown. Perched above a deep ravine and surrounded by lush tropical jungle, it offers spectacular views and an overwhelming sense of peace and tranquillity. The rooms are spread throughout the property, connected by pathways that wind through the lush gardens. Although the resort has more than 70 rooms and villas, it never feels crowded. Instead, the layout creates a sense of privacy and seclusion. Our room wasn't particularly large, but it certainly wasn't small either. For two people, it was just the right size, with everyt"
