My time at Maniace Boutique Hotel was so much more than a stay… it was a truly wonderful experience from beginning to end. From the outset, communication was exceptionally professional, including the seamless arrangement of my airport transfer on arrival. I was greeted so warmly by Luca, and throughout my five day stay, every member of staff made me feel incredibly special. Rooms were spotless, great showers and short walk to the centre. The only downside for a senior was no lift. Lucky for me the receptionist assisted getting cases upstairs. They should tell you that the suites have no lift access and I would have chosen the hotel room rather than the suites.

Stayed here for three nights. We had a "Junior Suite" with 2 picture windows overlooking the water. Lovely. Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly staff. The breakfast is great too. Beautiful fresh fruit and incredible freshly home baked treats. Not really into sweets for breakfast but if you are you will be in heaven!

The staff in the restaurant were a highlight at this hotel, very welcoming and professional. The restaurant was extremely accommodating with a meal we had at dinner and again the service was outstanding. The front desk staff were good apart from one lady on reception who could do with some customer service training from the restaurant staff.

Lovely views looking over the harbour and board walk. It was Saturday night and the board walk came alive. Great to watch from our room.

What a dream room! This was our favourite stay of our 3 week holiday! Amazing room, great location, bathroom was had its own jacuzzi surrounded by caves which added to the aesthetic! Francesco was super friendly and helpful throughout our whole trip and was always 1 message away to help with our needs. Would highly recommend everyone to vsiit Fortaleza Charme House!

The gym is brilliant, the check in process is fantastic and the rooms have loads of room. I really enjoyed this hotel.
