Rooms were spotless, great showers and short walk to the centre. The only downside for a senior was no lift. Lucky for me the receptionist assisted getting cases upstairs. They should tell you that the suites have no lift access and I would have chosen the hotel room rather than the suites.

Was great

Lovely hotel with a very warm feel . Room was maybe a little smaller than expected so lucky we travel light .& booked a sea view . View was perfect !! Pic supplied of actual view . Super clean with the most genuine friendly staff we've come across . More than just polite , they were warm & kind. Breakfast was truly amazing where you could order off menu , all inclusive . They even had arancini available !! Plus mini bar also included , which is a bonus when arriving hot & bothered . Would...

My time at Maniace Boutique Hotel was so much more than a stay… it was a truly wonderful experience from beginning to end. From the outset, communication was exceptionally professional, including the seamless arrangement of my airport transfer on arrival. I was greeted so warmly by Luca, and throughout my five day stay, every member of staff made me feel incredibly special. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience. Luca, Massimo, Lorenzo and the entire staff...

This accommodation was very comfortable and I would highly recommend it.

Perfect stay in a beautiful property. Parking garage across the street if you have a rental car. Right near bus and train station but you have no noise from it. Small kitchenette with fridge if you want to cook. Otherwise short walk to lots of restaurants. Great aircon. Which you absolutely need in the Sicilian summer

The staff in the restaurant were a highlight at this hotel, very welcoming and professional. The restaurant was extremely accommodating with a meal we had at dinner and again the service was outstanding. The front desk staff were good apart from one lady on reception who could do with some customer service training from the restaurant staff.

Very helpful and friendly staff both the man and woman, sorry I forget the names.

What a dream room! This was our favourite stay of our 3 week holiday! Amazing room, great location, bathroom was had its own jacuzzi surrounded by caves which added to the aesthetic! Francesco was super friendly and helpful throughout our whole trip and was always 1 message away to help with our needs. Would highly recommend everyone to vsiit Fortaleza Charme House!

The gym is brilliant, the check in process is fantastic and the rooms have loads of room. I really enjoyed this hotel.

Wonderful accommodation in a very convenient location. Lots of great restaurants and artisan shops in the area, This is a family-run B&B and they couldn’t do enough to help, from booking our car parking, restaurant reservations and providing a lovely breakfast on the rooftop terrace. I would recommend this B&B to everyone.

Stayed here for three nights. We had a "Junior Suite" with 2 picture windows overlooking the water. Lovely. Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly staff. The breakfast is great too. Beautiful fresh fruit and incredible freshly home baked treats. Not really into sweets for breakfast but if you are you will be in heaven!

Within easy walking distance to train station, historical ruins across the road and ortigia old town 15 minutes walk very quiet hotel and very helpful front desk staff
