One issue for us - we may have been placed into an accessible room - the bathroom light was tied to the door of the bathroom opening - there was no way to control the light other than the door (I asked). If you use the bathroom at night, and do not want the light to come on - you had to pull your key out of the main switch at the wall which cut all power...

I could see a code on it, I guess to access the hotel, but it did not work. I called for help, and the phone was answered and was manager was helpful. I was able to get into the building. "The decor in the suite is lovely. The staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. We stayed in the family suite and the second room did not have a door. The tea/coffee station in the suite is very limited. The breakfast offering is great, unfortunately the breakfast room is too narrow."

Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht, jedoch wurde uns dies beim Checkout angeboten, nachträglich zu buchen. Zum übernachten in der Pfalz immer wieder buchenswert."
