This is a no-frills hotel in the middle of a charming old village on the German Wine Strasse. Very good value. Room was perfectly clean and bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Bin oft und gerne hier.

Das Hotel war früher ein sogenannter Tabakschuppen (daher der Name auf pfälzisch „Duwakschopp“). Sehr schön renoviert und angebaut. Komme für meine Geschäftsreisen sehr gerne hier her. Frühstück ist lecker und alles frisch zubereitet. Restaurant ist gut, mit großen Portionen und wechselndem Tagesessen. Chef und Personal sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Also alles eine runde Sache.

Wir waren auf einer mehrtägigen Motorradtour und haben das Hotel als Zwischenstopp auf der Heimreise gebucht. Es ist alles neu gemacht. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind modern und geräumig. Die Gaststube wirkt mit dem Holz sehr freundlich und harmonisch. Das Highlight für uns war die sehr schöne Aussenterrasse und das i-Tüpfelchen war das tolle Essen, bei welchem wir bedauerten, nur eine Nacht hier zu sein. Die Bedienung war überaus aufmerksam, wie auch alle hier sehr freundlich waren. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Ein JUWEL in der Pfalz

Ein superfreundlicher Empfang durch den "überragenden" (207 cm) Inhaber, tolle, ruhige Zimmer mit allem, was unsereins (69 Jahre) braucht - ein supertoller Frühstücksservice, Platz für unsere Autos - Platz für Fahrräder. Der Ort ist klein und von dort kann man wandern und Radfahren - die Weinorte der Pfalz sind schnell erreicht, wirklich ein JUWEL - geführt von einem sympatischen Team mit viel Erfahrung und Übersicht-toll!!! Rymliga rum och stora mycket sköna sängar. Behaglig atmosfär och mycket bra restaurang. Dock saknas omgivningar att gå runt o hitta en bra eller restaurang, men stället uppfyller alla krav. Mycket gott om parkeringsplatser och väldigt trevlig o hjälpsam personal

Wunderschön renoviertes Hotel mit kleinen, aber feinen Zimmern. Die Ausgangslage für Ausflüge oder Rad-/Wandertouren ist nahezu perferkt. Auswahl beim Frühstück ist bodenständig und es wurde laufend alles nachgefüllt. Wunderschöner Hofgarten im angrenzenden Restaurant, jedoch ist dort der Service im Gegensatz zum Frühstücksservice eher mangelhaft. Das Hotel an sich ist aber ausnahmslos empfehlenswert.
