Auf dem Frühstücksbüfett fehlte vor allem Obst, Obstsalat Joghurt nur in Minigläsern? Nicht mal Lachs am Sonntag und vor allem immer wieder nachfragen wenn etwas fehlte! Lage und Ruhe im Hotel sehr gut.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Hotel Luisenpark

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Luisenpark. Wir haben ein Upgrade auf ein Deluxezimmer bekommen. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Im Hotel gibt es ein Fahrstuhl, im Gästehaus Luise und in der Villa gibt es keinen. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß mit einem schönen neuen Bad. Im Badezimmer fehlen noch Kleinigkeiten. Aber ich bin mir sicher dies wird im Neuen Jahr noch behoben. Der Service war in allen Bereichen überaus nett und zuvorkommend. Fast schon familiär. Man fühlt sehr angenommen und umsorgt. Vielen Dank nochmals an den netten Marco an der Bar. Das Frühstück war sehr frisch und reichhaltig. Es gab sogar frisch geschnittenen Paprika, Gurke und Tomaten. Und frisches Obst sowie leckeres Müsli. Alle Sorten Brötchen werden stets nachgelegt. Am Hotel gibt es einen kleinen Parkplatz zum Be- und Entladen. Im Park hinterm Hotel gibt es einen größeren Hotelparkplatz. Bei Hotelbuchung erhält man die Pfalzcard, mit der man kostenlos Bus und Bahn fahren kann sowie andere Ermäßigungen enthalten sind. Wir fanden den freien Eintritt in die Südpfalztherme im Ort als sehr angenehm. Die Lobby und das Restaurant sind wunderschön eingerichtet. Wissembourg, France -10km entfernt- sehr zu empfehlen 👌 Alles in allem wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder 👌

In Bad Bergzabern waren wir schon öfter - wg. der Therme und zum Wandern. Bei unserem letzten Besuch mit Übernachtungen war das Hotel noch in der Renovierung und - es ist schön geworden. Die Pfalz-Card gegen eine kleine Kurtaxe ist bares Geld wert. Allein ein Tageseintritt in die Therme mit Sauna kostet für 2 Personen normal 70 € - mit der Karte einmal kostenlos. Wir waren außerdem kostenfrei im Hambacher Schloss und im Wild- und Wanderpark Silz. Insgesamt gut 100 € Eintritte gespart.

Eine Reise wert

Wir waren begeistert von dem Zimmer, Frühstücksraum und von dem Aufenthaltsbereich. Das Frühstück und Abendbüffet war sehr gut. Das Personal ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Bad wurde noch zu Zeiten des kalten Krieges gebaut. Einfach nur furchtbar mit seltsamer „Duschbox“. Richtig ärgerlich, wir hatten vorab gefragt, ob wir früher einchecken könnten. Dies wurde verneint. Als wir dann nach unserem Besuch der Therme eingecheckt haben, wurde uns die Pfalzcats ausgehändigt. Unser Besuch dort wäre mit der Pfalzcard kostenfrei gewesen. Wir haben 50 EUR bezahlt. Wirkich ärgerlich. Frühstück „old school“. Keine Spur von Hafermilch o.ä.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit dem Service, Frühstück und Abend-Buffet, voll zufrieden. Unser Luxuszimmer war modern und dekorativ eingerichtet, aber völlig unpraktisch. Im Bad war nichts vorhanden um Hand- oder Duschtuch aufzuhängen, der Spiegel ist viel zu hoch angebracht und ein Kosmetikspiegel fehlt. Die Sitzwürfel sind für ältere Gäste ungeeignet, da ohne Rückenlehne. Es gab keine Nachttische und somit auch keine Schubladen um Kleinigkeiten aufzubewahren. Die Lampen waren schön anzusehen, nur sehen (lesen) konnte man damit nicht. Trotz vieler Mängel (ich könnte noch einige aufzählen) haben wir uns in ihrem Hause wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die ruhige Lage am Kurpark und die kurzen Wege haben uns gefallen. Das Frühstück war fast perfekt (vegan, vegetarisch nur teileise berücksichtigt und Fisch fehlte). Der Spiegel im Bad war zu hoch angebracht. Eine Wiederholung des Urlaubs ist wahrscheinlich.

Lärmfrei und sauber.

Nettes ruhiges Hotel. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit selbst aufgeschlagenem Rührei. Gut fand ich auch den Joghurt in vorportionierten Gläschen in einer extra Kühlvitrine anzubieten. Saubere und sehr geräumige Doppelzimmer, mit Balkon und Leseecke, laden zum Verweilen ein und lassen den fehlenden Restaurantbetrieb am Abend nicht vermissen. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten. Ortszentrum und Südpfalztherme gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
