"Check in process was bad. Our room was not ready until 24 minutes after. We travel all night and wanted to rest. There should be more options for the Included Breakfast, there was only a couple items to choose from, all other items had a charge. We love tea but they never refilled it at our room. Staff was under trained but very tried very hard to help out. Location of the hotel is close to the downtown area and our room was always very clean. "
