"The guy at check-in was awesome. Unfortunately we had to change rooms three times because the AC wasn’t working in one room and the TV wasn’t working in another room and there was bugs in each of the room as well as a broken sink. When we did finally get into a room it had a broken door handle and we could barely get out of the room. On top of that, the AC machine in the hallway was super loud and kept us up at night. Also, there was some sort of siren or alarm that went off for an hour from...

"The hotel is located in a residential area, so it is quiet. But it is far from the centre. If you do not have your own car, it is not convenient to go to downtown. The staff is always willing to help. I saw a cockroach in the room."
