"This room was much smaller than the photo they sent us indicated! It turned out they were having updates done to the hotel on the same night that we stayed there. They had not informed us ahead of time of this development so that we could book a different hotel. It was extremely noisy with all the banging & electric screwdrivers. At 9:15 p.m. I went down to inquire how much longer this would last, & was informed it would stop right away. It continued & just before 10.00 p.m. we received a message from the hotel offering us an upgrade to a quieter room at the other end of the hotel, which we instantly accepted. Not only was this more like the photo we had received, it was also quieter. "

"I give this hotel a 10 out of 10 in everything: the cleanliness, the comfort of the room, the quality of the bed, the pillows, the bedding, the sofa, the desk, the shower, the hotel hallways, and the beautiful hotel entrance. It also has a gorgeous rooftop. One particular standout is the service: there was one person at the hotel who made sure every detail was perfect, from measuring the water in the vases on the table to the bathrooms, the doors, and the windows. I had never seen a manager or an owner so meticulous in ensuring everything was of the highest quality.”"
