Fatal. No tenían la reservación. Según el hotel me hizo favor de darme una habitación dado que "la plataforma" había sobrevendido como si la plataforma fuera a adivinar cuántas habitaciones tiene el hotel. Las habitaciones horribles, con el peor de los gustos en acabados. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. No se que experiencia tenga el dueño pero te dan el control de la tele en la recepción y hay que devolver en el checkout Si quieren ver la cucaracha que estaba en la regadera mándenme un mensaje. Había una con las antenas más grandes que su cuerpo. Si de por sí no quiere venir a Torreón. Si lo mandan al hotel Savoy. Huya.
