"Very nice"

"The room was extremely dirty, and despite our complaints and repeated requests, it was never properly cleaned. The floor remained dirty throughout our entire stay and didn’t appear to have been cleaned even once. On the day we arrived, there was a large clump of hair on the floor, along with some trash. I personally picked up the hair using a plastic bag and brought it to the front desk to show them, asking for the room to be properly cleaned. Despite this, the piece of trash remained in the exact same spot for our entire stay, which clearly shows that the floor was never vacuumed—neither before our arrival nor after our complaint. The sheets were already wrinkled upon arrival, and given the overall condition of the room, we genuinely questioned whether they had been changed after the previous guests. Additionally, the room does not match the photos at all, it is much more outdated in reality. Some members of the staff were quite rude and unhelpful, although I do want to note that a few of the ladies were very kind. The location is excellent, which is unfortunately the only positive aspect of this stay."

"The room was very clean. It was recently updated. Craftsman ship was fair but acceptable. The staff were very responsive and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. There is not a beach view from the hotel. The beach is about 2 blocks away."

"We had great and friendly service from all the staff. It was close to the lagoon and we enjoyed watching the manatees surface while sitting on our balcony. While the restaurant was convenient, the food was average. The property is currently under renovation which can make for some loud afternoons. Overall we were pleased."
