"This place is pretty remote so you definitely feel away. The sea is gorgeously blue and clear, with a vista right outside our room When we went is was HOT so the little dipping pool on our unit deck was very much appreciated - as was the AC. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food wasn’t super fantastic but we found a great surf shop 2 minutes down the beach called Coyote Cafe with fantastic grilled shrimp and chicken (and a full bar for those wanting a margarita). Oh FYI - and if you don’t plan to use the hotel shuttle to get back/forth from town you’ll need to get a good SUV with 4 wheel drive because much of the roads are unpaved and it’s a crazy ride to/from."

"Beautiful house, right on the beach. The pool was perfect and clean. the kitchen had everything we needed (of course we bought our own groceries- but they provided staples). The views were fantastic. Donkeys wandered by on the beach, we saw sea turtles in waves, gorgeous sunsets. We truly had a perfect week."

"Casa Moonshine is fantastic. For those looking for a quiet, off the grid location with all of the comforts this is your spot! We loved watching sunsets and sunrises from the upper deck and enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Great stay for our family of 4."

"Everything about our stay was wonderful. We were a group of two families, 4 adults and 3 kids (ages 5-9) and the space worked out so well.The pool is great with the deep/shallow areas. Everyone enjoyed it! We were worried because it isn't heated, but it wasn't an issue at all. It was a nice refreshing temperature.The palapa was a great place to chill, cool off, and swing in the hammocks during the day. Even better for dinner and relaxing in the evening.Beds were super comfy, linens were nice, kitchen was well stocked with all the things you'd need. Above all, it was so clean!! Renting all 3 casitas for 2 families was the best decision.We will for sure be back and have already referred Casa Moonshine to friends."

"What a stunning home in a lovely, peaceful setting. It was perfect for our large group of 14 celebrating a special birthday! Just steps from a pristine beach and a quick drive into the more bustling town of San Jose del Cabo. We could not have had a more perfect stay which was made even more special with the concierge services and cleaning staff. No stress, just fun and relaxation!"
