"We booked this property mainly for the first picture. The pool outside the room though was unfortunately closed. After speaking to the main desk they advised it had been like this for months and the host would have been well aware but this wasn’t communicated to us and would have been a deal breaker if we had known. This meant we had to carry our sunbeds to another pool and back every day. If we had been told about this earlier we would 100% have cancelled the booking. The room was relatively clean with all things needed for a self catering holiday. Both beds were comfy so I can’t fault that part"

"The hotel was very clean and it wasn’t too busy round the pool area. We didn’t have any problems getting a sun bed. Staff were all very friendly. We booked half board and the breakfast was pretty good. However the evening meals were not so great. We ended up eating out (there are some fantastic restaurants nearby). We wouldn’t go half board again, but it would be a good B+B option. The hotel is on the outskirts of Costa Teguise but it was only a short walk to the restaurants, shops and beach. "

"Perfect apartment in a perfect location "

"Perfect location was walk to shops bars ect supermarket on site we didn't use. We had car hire and found lidil just on other side town lovely walks prom and logon style beach with sunbeds we sat on one day . We ate at cafe bar first day price ok drinks to staf friendly........complex we thought very good cleaned daily pool every day we used once cold not heated but never are in canary islands ......apartment for us to Perfect as 2 sun loungers patio furniture so lovely outside space .....inside could do with refurbish but remember building work costs and i expect fees for this place high ....but we cooked every night but 1 of our stay facilities fine was overall a relaxing streesfree holiday also parking on side in hotel complex so not far to go suitcase.........we in our sixty fairly fit we found ok remarks about complex ramps ect didn't bother us nevter visiting this part of island before we definitely would return and to this complex "

"Had an amazing 8 night stay recently. Food (both buffet and a la carte restaurants) were excellent. Every member of staff from welcome, management, bar, buffet, pool and cleaning were gracious, friendly and incredibly welcoming. The WhatsApp ability to talk to the hotel without having to visit a reception was excellent - very fast replies too! The only gap from here compared to the Adults Only Melia we stayed in Tenerife is the Reserve Pool was freezing - Tenerife had some heating which really took the edge off it such that my wife would get in - she refused in Paradisus as a result which was sad. Everything was clean and well maintained, there's a very small beach directly behind the resort if you want to pop out - just mind out when it's windy, as it DOES get windy. Would happily return in future, very much recommended (although we do tend to vary our locations for our winter sun break)"
