"Amazing hotel. Upon arrival you’re met with friendly staff, we requested a room with afternoon sun and that’s what we got. The room and balcony are exceptional. Housekeeping did a great job. The lifeguards are very attentive and go beyond. Breakfast was fantastic - the station where you can have “eggs your way” you can have omelette or poached eggs to your liking. Second time staying here - the best. "

"This was a return visit. The location is very good as there's so many places not too far away for meals/drinks/quizzes. We found everyone to be friendly and helpful at the appartments and when out. "

"We stayed in room 220 on 1st floor. About 15 steps to room. (In 3 sections). No lifts. I have walking difficulties but steps we ok. Room clean & basic. Large corner balcony overlooking the sea. Air con in lounge. On arrival Maria had left key's & instructions for us, easy! Pool area nice, clean & peaceful. Other than breakfast option which we didn't use. There is no food or drink service on site. But supermarket outside was very good for supplies. For someone with walking issue restaurants & bars were nearby & easy accessable. Row of eateries by Neptuno & 5mins walk to 1st small square & 12 mins to 2nd square for entertainment. Beaches nearby. No sunloungers on beaches but I bought a fold up chair which was great for beach. Staff at Neptuno all polite & friendly. Thank you Maria & Ruth. My only small snag would be the long mirror in bedroom. Bed is placed in front of it so you can't see full lengh. Would be better by front door. We had an enjoyable stay at Neptuno & would reccomend it."
