Affordable & Beautiful Dream Condo with a private pool near Seven Seas Beach

10/10 Excellent

"This condo was perfect for our family and exceeded our expectations. If we return to PR, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Seven Seas Beach is right across the street, which made it easy to pop over for a quick swim, a walk along the shore, or an evening sunset. The water was incredibly calm and shallow and absolutely perfect for kids. We also loved being so close to Las Croabas, Luquillo, El Yunque, and San Juan. It was the perfect home base for both relaxing and exploring the island. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. We appreciated all the extras, including the laundry machines, toys and games for the kids, a cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs. It genuinely felt like everything a family might need had already been anticipated. We enjoyed both pools during our stay, and the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. There are lots of tropical birds around the property, which added character and were fun to watch from the patio and around the grounds. Everyone we met was friendly, and the host was kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Parking was easy, access was simple, and check-out expectations were clear. Bonus tip for future guests: Costa Mía, an easy walk from the condo, had our favorite mofongo of the entire trip and came to the rescue after a tiring day of travel. We made so many wonderful memories here, from morning coffee on the patio to afternoons at the beach and pool. This place made our trip unforgettable! "

El Conquistador Resort

"This is my fourth visit to Conquistador, and unfortunately, it was my least favorite experience. My door wouldn’t close, and I waited two hours for someone to come and inform me that they couldn't fix it, which forced me to switch rooms. The concierge in the evening was not very helpful with my transportation questions and simply referred me to the limo service contact, which wouldn’t arrive until the next morning. Whenever I tried to speak with a staff member, they were often on their personal phones (concierge, custodial staff), making me wait. However, Angel the porter was great! The property is beautiful, and despite the issues my family and I encountered, we still had a nice time. The food and service at Ventanas were also a highlight of our stay."

"My wife and I found our go to place to stay when we are in Puerto Rico. The host was amazing! As well as proximity to everything we wanted to do! Most amazing beach right through the front gate. Super clean and have nothing bad to say about this property. We will definitely be staying here again very soon!! Highly recommend staying here. Thank you!!"

"I had an enjoyable stay at the Calizo Guest House and would definitely stay there again. Considering the cleanliness, excellent A/C, location, walkable distance to the beach, and helpful host, I give this boutique hotel a solid 4.5 out of 5. It was better than some resorts I have stayed at before. The pool was great and the landscaping was eye-catching. I only take off a half a point because in being a boutique hotel, there are not as many amenities as a resort (although it had exactly what we were looking for) and because paying the security deposit over phone rather than via a more direct method was something to which I was not accustomed. But I can assure others who are considering this location that it is a legitimate business and my stay was quite comfortable."

"We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better vacation rental! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with just about anything you could think of from beach chairs, toys, a tent, umbrella, and ice chest to all the essentials inside the home. The private pool was absolutely one of our favorite parts of the trip. It made our vacation even more relaxing and enjoyable. We truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!"

"We couldn't ask for a better place to stay in PR! One of the cleanest and well thought out places we have ever stayed at. Before we ever arrived in PR Michael was sure to communicate with us and upon finding out we wouldn't arrive til late at night got a list of food and snacks we wanted and had them waiting on the counter and refrigerator for us. This is the type of service that truly sets this villa apart from most. The rooftop terrace started every day with a breeze, coffee, and the sound of nature and ended with cooler air and tranquility. The restaurant options within a 5 min walk or 5-10 mins drive are amazing with fantastic food and service. Pool was a perfect setting to just relax your cares away and the beach was icing on the cake! We will be back for sure!"
