"The room was clean, bed was very comfortable . Air conditioning was as amazing. It cool the entire place. Parking is very accessible . The staff is very friendly and welcoming - we had issue with our car rental and they were more than willing to help us out. I will definite STAY HERE AGAIN. Beach and food trucks are in walking distance. AMAZING PLACE - I will recommend to family and friends. Area was VERY CLEAN, QUIET AND PRIVATE"

"Fantastic calm-water beach access at 7 Seas, quick 2 min walk. Local cars line their street for a beach day, this gated lot is a luxury!Paddle board & kayaks greatly appreciated, thank y'all! Board is easier to transport and have a kiddo join you for a ride, bring a life vest for whoever isn't tethered. Lot is bigger than expected, especially given proximity to a popular local beach. Plenty of space to turn vehicle around. Outdoor rinse station with shower hose is great, as is downstairs bathroom (doesn't have a/c but it wasn't unbearable, especially if your usual BM is in the AM )Kids loved the hammocks downstairs, fun open-air shaded area. Even in late July it was pleasant, nice breeze. Could smell the sargassum a bit but nothing the hosts can do about that (and it wasn't nearly as bad as east coastline). Super responsive hosts, thanks again for must-do tips!Took water taxi to uninhabited Icacos Island, beautiful beach and great snorkeling. Suggest a weekday if taking kiddos, went Saturday and it was a party cove for locals lol but still enjoyed it. That money was better spent than bio bay and launched from same area (only 3 min drive from ), sadly couldn't see any bioluminescence in the lagoon. Only slight inconvenience is hand-wash dishes, small price to pay for such a big gated lot. Surrounding campers seem to be a weekend getaway for SJ residents, didn't get too rowdy but just FYI it's less quiet on weekends. We loved it!!!"

"Great location and really great property. Very clean and as advertised! Had a lot of staples in the kitchen making cooking easy. Pool area was nice, on smaller side but is a small condo property so not many people in the pool and had mostly to ourselves. Plenty of room for the family and the terrace was amazing. My only recommendation to the owner is for additional living room seating!"
