We've visited a lot of nice hotels, expensive and luxurious all over the world & both my husband and I agreed Possada Terra Santa was the best service we've had. All staff, literally all, provided impeccable service. The hotel was beautiful, very boutique, quaint and charming. Dinning area was homely, breakfast great, although not a huge buffet selection, it had everything that you could want, a great start to the day. Rooms were beautifully decorated, classy and well equipped, however no iron...

Amazing hotel. It has a very cute courtyard. Stayed in a city view room but should have picked a courtyard room for better views instead. Since our stay happened to be during the festival weekend, it was almost like a maze to drive through and find a way to the property as many roads were blocked but other than that it was such a pleasant stay. Breakfast was great too.

Great property. Wonderful staff. Great location. Roof top pool a great addition.

A wonderful place to relax and unwind away from the hustle with true Mallorrcan hospitality. The pool area was an oasis to escape the heat. Hotel gardens were inviting you to sit and enjoy

AMAZING HOTEL! Everything is new, clean, such a vibe! Staff members are so polite and kind! This hotel deserves more stars than it has! Location is also great! Close to action but slightly away as well! Brekky and brunch is also great! So convenient and very nice buffet! Will be back!

It was an excellent choice for our holiday.

The staff were amazing, very welcoming and extremely helpful. Hotel amenities were lovely and the breakfast was delicious. A most enjoyable stay.

Staff fantastic, beautiful restaurant, beautiful historic building

Best location in Palma. Next to all key restaurants and cathedral. A Must stay. Staff amazing.

Excellent service, lovely food, made for a relaxing stay

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed at! The staff and customer service at the hotel was beyond exceptional and we were treated so well for the stay from check in to check out. The room was very clean and spacious. The location was ideal, located so close to shops and attractions, while still being tucked away in a quiet street - the best of both worlds. And also the restaurant and breakfast was spectacular! Highly highly recommend! They made our stay at Palma so memorable and...

Pools are incredible. Facilities are excellent. Breakfast offer is very good.

Nested very close to communication areas, it’s the perfect base to explore the island of Palma. Literally walking distance to the railway, you can reach Palma city without the hazard of parking. If the option is just Inca, this property is located a short stroll away from Camper, Lotusse and Heitorn where you can do your Inca leather shopping and combine it with a visit to the Thursday market or any of the local restaurants along the central avenue. We were driving an electric rental car and...

I rarely write reviews, but this place absolutely deserves one. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by beautiful Spanish architecture, with the hotel nestled within a stunning, spacious estate. The entire property has an incredible atmosphere. The staff are genuinely some of the friendliest and most helpful we’ve encountered in all our travels. The food is excellent, the restaurant service is fantastic, and the live bands playing every evening add something really special to the...

Very comfortable, modern hotel. Close to the airport, 5 minutes walk to beach. Good location to explore different parts of Mallorca with a car. Great service, although checkin was a bit slow. Pverall very good!
