"Room from hell. Felt like I had slept on a brick. Turns out it was two doors and no middle in the bed . Ants in the bed. A very dirty old bathroom we didn’t use we just got out before the ants carried us out. With ten flights of stairs that were dangerously lit. Windows didn’t lock on one side of the room and the other they didn’t open. This was the first night of my honeymoon. This room ruined it. We just left . It was a terrible experience. Please don’t go there unless you have no other place...

"Amazing stay at Hard Rock Hotel Marbella! What a fantastic hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by incredibly friendly staff nothing is ever a problem for them. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The food is absolutely super: from the delicious breakfast to the meals and the excellent cocktails, everything was top quality. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is great and everything is perfectly taken care of. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back next time. Highly recommended!"
