"The property is good. You can tell it's getting a bit old. Could use some updates The shuttle is nice to get around, and everything is reasonably close if you want to walk up and down the roads."

"Till date the worst resort I have ever been to. Rooms are clean but many bugs access to the beach is a mission all on it’s own rooms and eating area is up on a mountain and transportation is hit and miss they have one truck going around giving rides but good luck on that guy takes forever to come back to the pick up areas. And the food buffet if you want to call it that is terrible maybe 4 items if lucky and food is not good. No room service no phones in the rooms and any kind of service is nonexistent please keep away from this place we had to find other places to eat or do any kind of entertainment. I even had the hard decision of leaving a day earlier than I had paid for and paid for new flights. "

"our multi generational family of 9 stayed here for 4 nights, Maria was wonderful, made us breakfast several days. The groundskeeper Bismark was up early each day tending to the pool and the lovely grounds. The kids loved playing in the pool, Bismark brought over several float items for the pool which everyone enjoyed. Wonderful memories are made here!"

"I don't often leave reviews, but we really enjoyed our time here. This was our last of 4 stops on our 9 day vacation across Guanacaste. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The beach is a 5 minute walk down the street and a convenient store is a 5 minute drive. Last but not least the staff at Sueño were incredibly pleasant and made the last leg of our trip a bit more enjoyable. Ronnys singing was top notch and Veronica helped us out a ton with information about the area. Many of the other patrons in the restaurant seemed to know the staff well and clearly had come back many times. If we to travel back to Guanacaste, we will be stopping in again too!"

"The hotel is situated on a beautiful beach and an overall nice looking property. We got a room that had several issues and didn’t match the pictures, so if you get assigned room 707, considering asking for a different room. The hotel did provide some comps for the condition but overall our experience didn’t match the price tag of the hotel. "

"Staff was easy to communicate with, they’ll send you a message on Expedia, then contacted me on what’s app (most of Costa Rica uses this). They sent me a pin to check-in location. Parking is provided in secure lot, right out side of condo. They give you a key that opens the automatic gate. Multiple pools on site. There is a small grocery store a couple blocks away that has all the essentials. Multiple restaurants/bars within walking distance. The beach is down the street and very nice. There’s a couple beach clubs with pools, that’ll will let you use the facilities if you buy some drinks or food. "
