"Villa on gated estate, own pool,spacious garden. Beg.Oct. estate was quiet. 2 outside covered dining areas. 2 comfy armchairs along with 6 sun beds, so plenty of outside seating. "Nice property in a quiet residential area, about 20 mins to walk into Marina Rubicon and 10 mins to the supermarket. The villa has private parking behind an electric gate and 3 good sized bedrooms. The outside space was excellent and had the sun all day. Check in and communication was very straight forward. One small improvement would be to have larger beds in the bedrooms, they are small doubles. It’s also worth noting that neither bathroom has an external window which you can open for...
