"We had a wonderful day at the Palacio Arriluce and especially enjoyed an afternoon of relaxing on their terrace by the pool overlooking the harbor. The staff was very helpful providing guidance for our day trip into Bilbao to visit the Guggenheim Museum and for dinner reservations nearby. The breakfast were great and we had a nice dinner one night at the hotel."

"Exactly as described which isn't always the case and a beautiful villa in a superb location. Contact with owners agent Javi was very good and replied to any queries very quickly. We had a minor issue with the pool which was sorted the next day and the pool is a very good size so you can swim not just get wet - not heated but fine. Couldn't fault any thing in the villa."

"We had a wonderful stay at the beach house with a large group. We did not visit because of the beaches, so they were an excellent bonus for us. Alfredo was very responsive and helpful and made some great recommendations for local vendors. We used the grill to cook a large meal, which worked well. The pool was great for the kids."
