"My husband and I often travel to Tampa to visit family in the area. This property is exactly as pictured - it's immaculate, comfortable, spacious, and nicely appointed. The location was convenient to resturants (walking distance to the Front Porch Grille, Trophy Fish, and others!) and Tampa attractions. "My daughter was having outpatient surgery there in Tampa and I wanted a comfortable place for her rest before and after. This was perfect! The house had all she needed. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equiped for cooking needs, everything was clean and just so comfy!! We didn't get a chance to use the pool but would have if given time. Communication with our host was great as well. I truly felt like I was staying at a friend's place!!"

"Great old Florida house for our little event. Guests enjoyed pool table, ping pong, games, etc. was just right for us. Nice that bedrooms are both upstairs and downstairs and spread out. Suggest pressure washing outside that would make a nice difference. Its a lotta house to take care of. I get that!"

"We stayed at La Casita for 7 days. It was perfect for us as a base for exploring Ybor City and the greater Tampa area. The extra bedroom was unused but a nice bonus. We used the free trolley to access downtown Tampa multiple times. Will stay there again if in the area."

"It was a very clean house, it had almost everything we needed. It had some issues with the AC, we couldn’t control the temperature inside of the house. They probably had a preset on the thermostat. Also, only one shower was working properly. The shower handle in the hallway bathroom is slightly broken. The other shower was very tiny, and had some issues with water control, it was either hot or cold water and you couldn’t make it warm. The drain also didn’t work properly was the water didn’t go...

"Will stay here again! We came to Tampa for a concert and was right across from the amphitheater. Close to the Hard Rock hotel and really everything we wanted to do. I was a little worried when I read the reviews others had posted about the neighborhood. When we got there though we realized it’s like any other one around. It was very quiet the 3 days we were there. Can’t wait to book our next stay!"
