"I stayed in a superior room on the ground floor, the room was very clean and comfortable and looked to have been refubished not too long ago with modern furniture and bathroom which had a good shower with hot water every time i required it, the mini fridge came in very handy to keep the drinks cool. The only downside to the room for me was no airconditioning but there was two large standalone fans which did give some relief when it was hot. Another couple of things that didn,t bother me but might other people there was no safe or i didn,t find it and there was no english channels on the tv. I can not comment on the food as i never ate there but i did have a drink in the bar and found the prices to be very reasonable for the south of france. I suppose if you are not very good on your legs this place could be a bit too far away from everything but i enjoy a walk so it did not bother me it was good exercise, all in all i enjoyed my stay very much and for what i paid would rate it excellent value for money."

"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle Villa proche de la mer, et du petit village de Marseillan, avec une vue magnifique sur l'étang de Thau . Les propriétaires furent très chaleureux et très réactifs aussi bien à notre arrivée qu'au cours de notre séjour. Nous avions un chien avec nous et celui-ci bénéficiait d'une belle parcelle de terrain fermée. La piscine et la climatisation dans la Villa furent très agréable avec les grosses chaleurs. Aussi bien à vélo qu'à pieds, les offres de balades au départ de la Villa sont possibles. L'ensemble des prestations sont au rendez-vous, je vous recommande vivement cette location en famille ou entre amis."

"Que dire de cette maison et de son hôte ? Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Katia, qui nous a fait le tour de la propriété rapidement. Nous avons bien discuté de nos plans, et elle nous a suggéré quelques endroits à visiter dans le coin.Le lendemain, elle nous a offert une bouteille de vin blanc de la région :) Pour n'importe quelle question que nous avions, elle nous a vite répondu, même tard :) La maison est face à l'étang, devant une piste cyclable et piétonne, et une rue calme. Nous avions le levé du soleil, magnifique. Le vol des hirondelles et la vue sur Sète, magnifique !Le parking est parfait, dans la propriété :) On peut manger dehors, s'asseoir et lire en voyant les cyclistes passer, ou les personnes promener leurs chiens. Magnifique ! Nous avons tous aimé l'endroit, et vive la clim ! Il a fait chaud durant notre séjour, mais la clim a fait toute la différence.Il y avait déjà le nécessaire pour cuisiner (huile, sel, poivre, une bouteille d'eau, du café, un air fryer, une machine à café, etc). Le lave-vaiselle et et la machine propres, avec les liquides de lessive disponible. Merci pour tout ! Merci encore pour votre accueil chaleureux, pour cette belle propriété bien située. J'ai aimé Marseillan, je vous conseille de la visiter :) Merci pour tout !!! J'espère revenir dans le futur."

"Très bon accueil de Catherine et de Hugo !Très réactifs quand on avait besoin d'eux.Logement conforme à l'annonce : à 2 pas de la mer, piscine très agréable et magnifique vue depuis la petite terrasse. Cela nous laissera de beaux souvenirs."

"Entrer un peu étroite mais tout le reste parfait, bien équipé,proche de tout et calme , un plus cette place de parking j ai passé un très bon séjour mêmes trop cour j y retournerai certainement"
