"This booking was a disaster. The garage entry fob did not work. When we arrived to the unlocked room, the linens were hanging and drying at the front door and the patio. The electrical box in the apartment was opened, and a sharp metal strip wasdangling from the bedroom wall. We requested a room for four people and two beds. We received a queen bed and a futon that one toddler could sleep on. At this point, we requested a refund from the owner, to which he agreed. We immediately returned...

"This hotel was ideal for us - very easy walking distance to anything in Monaco - about half way up the hill. A 5-minute walk to both the Casino and the train station, plus easy walk to marina and also Prince's Palace / le Rocher area. Rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. We ate dinner in the restaurant, which was delicious. Staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Parking is conveniently underground on a floor reserved for Novotel. Lovely common areas. We would definitely return to Novotel Monte Carlo."
"The apartment was really nice—definitely not modern, and the step-down tub/shower was a little unusual, but the water pressure was excellent. We loved the outdoor space, and the vibe of the place is more laid-back. With yachts and boats right outside, it feels very relaxing. It’s definitely not fancy, but would we go back? Absolutely!
