"We stayed at La Bastide Gourmande with my family for 4 nights. The new owners Antoine and Ilham have some an amazing job renovating and upgrading the hotel. They were super helpful and friendly. We will for sure return here with the family, and hopefully sometimes also only the adults, as the hotel is also a nice romantic little hideout. "

"On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who spoke perfect English...our check in was quick and efficient...the room was spotless...beds and pillows very comfortable...our room was at the back so nice and quiet...underground parking major plus...had seen lots of negative reviews so was sceptical...but the friendliness of all the staff including the cleaners...I would happily stay there again. "This hotel has become tired and weary. The outside appears grubby needs to be painted. The bedrooms need maintenance, particularly electrical sockets are loose fitting, shower is grubby also especially the grouting. No shower seat for disabled guests. The poolside beach access is completely locked and staff do not know when it will be accessible. The only food available is breakfast which is limited,and when something runs out grumby staff are reluctant to refill. Our room was not serviced despite speaking with the chambermaid. One member of staff stood out in her helpfulness and she was the lady we met at check in. "
