- die Betten extrem durchgelegen
- die Terassenmöbel dreckig
- die Lüftung in der Toilette (ohne Fenster) defekt, so man nur durch das Haus lüften konnte
- Wasserdruck zum Duschen im Obergeschoss zu gering
- eine Trennwand kurz vor dem Zusammanbruch
- Möbel (Schrank) notdürftig geflickt
- Außensteckdose defekt ( man hätte die Stromführenden Kabel berühren können - lebensgefährlich für Kinder)

Restaurant advertised as closed on a Monday so we booked elsewhere, but on our return we were surprised to see that the restaurant was actually open. This was not made clear, and was disappointing as we would have dined in the restaurant both nights of our stay had we known that it would be open.

"This is a spacious, comfortable house in a beautiful position above the beach of Trez Gouarem. It was spotless on arrival and well equipped and we had 2 weeks of mostly sunny weather, some wild seas and dramatic sunsets. Annick and her husband were very welcoming and friendly and had we needed them, I feel sure they would have responded quickly. "
