Beautiful house with its feet in the water, the sea at the end of the garden!

Between Audierne and the Pointe du Raz, this quiet natural villa, directly on the seafront, overlooks a charming cove accessible a few meters from the garden. Kitchen, Dining room with sitting area, 4 bedrooms. Very nice direct sea view from all rooms. Access to the beach by customs path. 6 persons maximum recommended for a comfortable occupation.
Ideal to discover our picturesque and mysterious Brittany, where man gives time to time!!!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Beautiful sea view. Trails along the rocky coast starting right from the house. Access to beaches in walking distance. Well equipped (but somewhat outdated) kitchen. Friendly welcome by helpful host.

Funktionales Haus in traumhafter Lage

Wunderschöner Ort direkt am Wanderweg, total ruhig, gepflegter Garten, schöne Liegestühle, Grill, alles hat gut funktioniert. Im Haus ist alles ok, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Leider gibt es keine Garderobe für Mäntel und Jacken. Das Bad ist eng, es gibt keine Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Badetücher. Die Betten sind eher hart. Das Elternbett sehr schmal für grossgewachsene Personen. Die Decken müssten dringend erneuert werden, sie riechen alt (das liegt nicht an der Wäsche). Wir haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter!

Traumhafter Ulraub im Finistere

mit Sturm und Sonne, direkt an der Küste mit Blick auf's Meer und einem direkten Zugang zum Sentier entlang der Küste. Herrlich gelegene Unterkunft in einem Typisch bretonischen Haus mit großem Garten zum Wohlfühlen und komplett ausgestattet, wir wurden herzlichst willkommen geheissen.

Une vue superbe sur l'océan!

Une maison de caractère en pierre face à l'océan avec 6 couchages. Vue sur la mer de toutes les pièces de la maison et du jardin... La cuisine est certes un peu petite - mais la salle à manger accueille confortablement les hôtes. Mais quel endroit magique, quel calme, quel cadre... et ce sentier côtier qui passe à moins de 100m, c'est fabuleux. L'accueil aussi bien des propriétaires pour obtenir des renseignements complémentaires que de l'agence sur place a été très chaleureux. Un endroit 100% à recommander si vous êtes motorisé.

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut und die Lage des Ferienhauses ist phantastisch: ruhig und ideal zum Wandern und Schwimmen. Für 3 bis 4 Gäste ist das Haus gut bewohnbar mit einem Badezimmer im ersten Stockwerk. Das zweite Badezimmer ist nicht vom Schlafzimmer abgetrennt und hatte nur kaltes Wasser. Im Erdgeschoss fehlt ein Handwaschbecken bei der abgetrennten Toilette und ist die Dusche in einem kleinen Kabuff. Man kann also beim besten Willen nicht von 4 Bädern sprechen. 2 Schlafzimmer sind gut, ein Zimmer erreicht man nur über eine sehr steile Treppe. Die Einrichtung ist teilweise veraltet. Fazit:wunderbare Umgebung und ein Garten zum Genießen, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist aber nicht stimmig. Durch die gute Lage haben wir uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt.

Séjour très agréable

Si vous recherchez un superbe panorama et un lieu tranquille; c'est pour vous. La maison est agréable et fonctionnelle. Pour des citadins comme nous, se lever le matin avec la vue sur l'océan en colère, c'est magique. L'accueil est sympa sans être obséquieux ou envahissant. Une vraie bonne expérience !

Site superbe mais.......

La maison est située dans un site magnifique mais la propreté laissait à désirer et les équipements sont basiques. Un différend nous a opposé au propriétaire ce qui nous a gâché une partie des vacances. Heureusement cela s'est bien terminé et nous avons eu un temps magnifique. Nous n'y retournerons pas.

Très belle maison et situation exceptionnelle

Propriétaires sympathiques et arrangeants, tout comme les personnes chargées de nous recevoir à la propriété. L'accès à la maison est aisé et l’allée y amenant donne le ton sur la situation : absolument superbe ! La maison en elle-même ressemble à un petit manoir de l’extérieur. L’intérieur est relativement cossu, et même si par endroit les lieux sont restés coincés dans les années 70 au niveau décoration, cela ne gâche en rien le confort du séjour. Tout était propre et la cuisine comme les extérieurs (jardin, garage, machine à laver….) étaient très bien équipés. La maison principale est composée de deux belles chambres à l’étage avec une salle de bain refaite récemment et l’annexe (attachée à la maison mais avec entrée indépendante) se compose d’une partie nuit au rez et d’une chambre avec salle de douche à l’étage. Les literies sont confortables et le chauffage, si nécessaire, est très efficace. Le jardin est magnifique et la vue sur la mer magique ! Je recommande cette maison sans hésitation.

Belle situation géographique pour cette maison

Avons passé un très bon séjour en Bretagne sous un beau soleil. La maison étant à proximité du GR 34, nous avons randonné tous les jours voir deux fois par jour, quand aux enfants ils ont pu profiter de la plage de sable fin. A recommander.

Hübsches Haus mit Traumaussicht

Dieses Haus ist traumhaft gelegen! Man freut sich jeden Morgen aufs Meer! Die Bucht direkt unterhalb vom Haus eignet sich nicht zum Baden, da es viele Algen hat, aber es nicht weit zu einem Badestrand. Der Garten ist grosszügig und sichert viel Privatsphäre, und man hat einen Traumblick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und sauber. Gestört haben wir uns an einer separaten Dusche im Parterre, deren Abfluss schlecht abläuft. Im oberen Stock gibt es nur eine Badewanne, ohne Duschvorhang. Da ausserdem das ganze Bad von Teppichen ausgelegt ist (auch an den Wänden!), fanden wir das Duschen etwas mühsam. Alle anderen Einrichtungsgegenstände haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Direkt vor dem Haus verläuft der GR 34, ein Fernwanderweg, der sich um die ganze Bretagne windet. Längere oder kürzere Wanderungen sind sehr empfehlenswert, und man kann sich mit einem Taxi heimfahren lassen, falls man zu müde ist am Ende der Wanderung. Im Hochsommer gibt es auch einen Busin den nahegelegenen Ort.Ohne Auto geht es hier aber nicht. Das Haus selber ist zweigeteilt, mit 2 separaten Eingängen, und die Wohnungen sind intern nicht verbunden. Wir fanden das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr fair, und würden gerne wieder hier Ferien machen.
