"The room itself was tiny, nicely furnished and extreme warm. No aircon / fan/ heater there. Bathroom was clean.
If u don't need a kitchen or fridge it's not recommendable for the price.
It was offered online with a whirpool wich wasn't available. No compensation for that.The water option was the main reason why we booked the place.
There was one other guest who snored through the whole house.
No idea how noisy it is with all rooms occupied.

"‘This is not a hotel’ is the first thing the hostess told us when she first called. The villa indeed is their own home and this is made very clear during our stay. The hostess treated our kids as a strict schoolteacher and to top it all off at the end of the evening also yelled upstairs that we were playing with the heating, which we were not. In the Summer this place might be nicer with the outside pool but in the winter this would not be suitable for a family vacation.

"The staff at the Kopster are very friendly and welcoming. Stayed here for the Arsenal Women against Lyon game at the stadium, so its super convenient for that location. Theres a few restaurants nearby but thats about it.
Will definitely stay here again if going to an wvent at the stadium or arena. Room was great, i couldnt fault anything about my stay!"

Not the fault of the staff just the organisation and the hotel needs to be reorganised. For 200 Euros a night during worldSkills time I was expecting Free breakfast , sadly at this price The breakfast was not included .Again not the fault of the staff . Just nonsense the hotel deal their price with not offering breakfast . The area is not my type but thanks to Lena the receptionist we managed to have a great meal at la Rose Rouge near by. This hotel needs for sure a relooking :) "
