"Hotel des Arts Montmartre had the friendliest & most helpful staff of any hotel we stayed at during our time in Paris. Their level of service truly went above & beyond. One staff member (Nehemiah) actually hopped into our car to help us locate a nearby parking garage, & another kindly offered us breakfast items before the official breakfast service began (we had to race to catch an early morning airport transfer, & they even made sure to give us a small gift upon checking out). They even helped carry our very heavy luggage all the way to & from our room on the top floor (after taking the elevator to the fifth floor, there is still an additional winding staircase, & they handled it without hesitation). Our room was impeccably clean. While it wasn’t large, the hotel’s thoughtful attention to detail more than made up for the size. The L’Occitane toiletries immediately added a touch of luxury & made us feel pampered! The bathtub was wonderfully spacious, the shower had excellent water pressure, & there were plenty of hooks & shelves for towels and toiletry bags, also a heated towel rack. The room itself was equally thoughtful. Individual reading lights above the beds allowed me to read comfortably while my daughter slept. Throughout our stay, we noticed countless little touches that showed how carefully the hotel has been designed with guests' comfort in mind. Combined with its fantastic Montemartre location, this hotel was a highlight of our trip! Nice air conditioning too!"

"Great Hotel to stay in... Rooms slightly small but adequate for 2 people. Breakfast is very expensive at 14Euro a head and not really worth while to be fair and with the amount of cafes and restaurants nearby - better value can be had and should be... If requiring a taxi back to the airport then I suggest using UBER or some other app to organize. The hotel offers a service - but this is a bulk service with a number of people within a large car ALL going back to the airport. The driver we had didn't speak English either so was using 'google translate' to communicate..."

"Sensational!! Absolutely above expectations. A day before check in, the host reached out to advise that they had upgraded us from the suite we had booked (Matisse) to a larger suite (Modigliani). What a nice start for our trip! Upon arrival, we were able to stow our luggage and take off to tour. When we returned, we had our check in code and easily access to the unit. The unit is immaculately kept, very clean throughout, quality linens, nicely furnished. It was a loft apartment with beautiful skylights that give you a view of the Sacre Coeur and bring light into the loft, but have very good electric shades to provide blackout. A nicely updated apartment that has all the charm of the older building (exposed beams, wood staircase, wood floor) but modern amenities and features. It was very hot when we were there (30'sC) but AC works well. Location! Montmaitre, right across from the main square, lots of activity but the unit is rather soundproof so not at all an issue. The restaraunt downstairs has a lovely patio for taking in the action and the food and service were excellent. We ate there multiple times, it was perfect after a long day of exploring to have a great meal steps from the apartment. Stairs. There are 2 separate flights to get to the unit, and one to the loft inside. If you are not mobile, it will be an issue but likewise staying in Montmartre will be tough - cobblestone streets and several flights (184 and 187 steps) to get to/from the metro at Abbesses."
