"This hotel was so amazing. From the minute you pull up, the service is just beyond anything that we have experienced. Hiery (pronounced Harry) was so amazing at our check in. She was very informative and accomodating. We were at many hotels in the Thailand area and this one exceeded our expectations.
The only thing that I would suggest is that they need bigger closets for suitcases or those racks to put a suitcase on top of. The other thing was the bathrooms need ventilation. It gets very hot in there and the plastic blinds get a weird smell. The cleanliness was great but some more detailed dusting would be good. The only other thing that could be looked at is the pricing of the restaurants. It seems a bit high and definitely tourist pricing but all the food in surrounding areas is just as good and half the price. "
