"There wasn’t any breakfast"

"We booked a reservation two weeks ago. We arrived at 4:00pm on May 14, 2026 and were told by the person manning the reception counter that there were no rooms available and our reservation would not be honored. There were multiple people loitering in the lobby and the desk person acted as if we were interrupting him. Rude doesn't even cover it."

"The hotel was pretty clean and modern. I would have rated it higher except for a couple of reasons. I asked the front desk to have maintenance fix the blind on the first night. The next two days, same thing. I finally fixed it myself so the blind would stay up and let some light in the room. The microwave door also didn't open easily and my TV was older. The one across the hall had already been updated. Little things but they are needed for the 4th star. As far as the breakfast area, Monday was good, nicely stocked. Tuesday not as much and by Wednesday it was pretty lame and Thursday there was hardly any variety available. They did restock by Friday but they need to be stocked better during the week. I would stay there again"

"It is old buildingin in the downtown. House keeping is in the hall way until 9 pm. Parking is under the construction hard to find main entrance when we parked."
