"Property manage me were very responsive. We added one more night close to our stay because we realize our flight was arriving super early, so we reached out, problem solved. Also, we got good recommendations on what’s around the area to eat and local sight seeing places not promoted on the internet. Overall, best customer services all around"

"Last minute reservation, just an hour or two before I needed it. I was a little worried that all the remote/virtual components would take too long to process and I’d be stuck waiting. Nope! Absolutely perfect stay. I got all the confirmations and verifications within 30min and arrived to a gorgeous, kitschy, extremely comfortable room with an outstanding view of the cathedral filling my entire window. The large soaking tub was a TREAT, and I made good use of it! I appreciated the extra touch of the little tray to rest my cup of tea on. :) The little touches made all the difference. The hefty coffee mugs, high quality tea bags, and the quick boiling kettle were so appreciated. The bed was so comfortable and the provided soaps were high quality. The ONLY upgrade I have would be the shower water pressure. It was pretty weak making for a less than satisfying shower, but this was minor to me compared to the great comfort of the stay. I loved it so much I’d come back just to stay here! Oh, and there is CHEAP $1/hr parking in a lot right behind the hotel. "
"This was an excellent location for an extended stay in Pittsburgh. The neighborhood is walkable and safe, while offering easy access to grocery stores, eateries, and other amenities. I loved the artsy vibe of Penn Avenue, enjoyed the stroll down to Butler Avenue for weekend fun, and walked the Allegheny Cemetery during work breaks. The parking space is fabulous for easy drives to touristy places and hikes without having to look for spaces on this popular corridor. The host was responsive when small issues arose and the amenities match the photos. I would stay here again anytime I return."
"The check-in and check-out process was very easy. Natalia responded quickly to any questions we had both before and during our 6-night stay in October. The apartment was clean and stocked with the paper products, toiletries, and dishes we needed. We appreciated having extra storage space in the bathroom - two large drawers, a medicine cabinet, and places to hang towels. We enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood, while still being fairly close to many stores and restaurants. Thanks, Natalia!"
