The reception staff were very friendly and made check in easy. The place was well kept and clean for the most part. The breakfast here was very flavorful and the staff was very helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Room was clean. Was told they were making renovations to the hotel. Receptionists were very kind and courteous. Upon checking out Pamela went the extra mile to ask me about my stay and made me feel like a person and not just a customer. Breakfast was really nice. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Super friendly staff, clean hotel, and excellent amenities. The only problem was the loss of power Sunday morning from approximately 3:30 to 6:30 AM. Also, the breakfast buffet was a little different but even more amazing with eggs, sausage, links, and sausage, gravy and biscuits! All three in one meal.

Nice place for the value! Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was clean and offered more than enough space. Beds were comfortable. Only issue I had, which is a very miniscule one, is the keys wouldn't open doors at any of the entrances. Not a big thing, just went to the main entrance and got our room there. We will be staying here again regularly when we want a night in Pittsburgh.

The staff is ALWAYS helpful, professional and efficient. I think the property can use a bit of maintenance in the rooms. To me, the location is a winner and really convenient for my trips to Pittsburgh and the price is right!

It seemed clean, but the dated and worn interior encourages doubt at first. The bathroom was unpleasant, out of shampoo (not that I use) and the extra toilet paper role and blue drips and other stains on the wrapper that ruined the whole roll. It didn’t look clean at first because of the paint splatters on the floor and sloppy repair work looks like dirt and debris. Breakfast was fine, didn’t use other amenities. Staff were great. Overpriced for the quality, but then all Pittsburgh area hotels seem overpriced for what you get.
