"Overall, the stay was comfortable, but check-in was a bit challenging. The arrival instructions seemed geared toward guests arriving by car, and there weren’t clear directions for those using rideshare or public transportation. It also would have been helpful to have the exact building address rather than just the complex name, as that made navigation more difficult on arrival. Clarifying these details would make the experience smoother for future guests."

"My stay at the Inn on Negley was so phenomenal. The staff were so kind and the property was beautiful and very tidy. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! Genuinely the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Very reasonably priced considering the quality and care. Would 100% stay here again"

"The late check in process is a nightmare for anyone over 60!!! I called the hotel in the afternoon & let them know that I would be checking in late and they said they would send me a link for a pre-arrival check list. I never received it. Then I arrived after 11 pm absolutely exhausted. I tried using My confirmation booking number & it said my booking could not be found. I then called the support phone number & it took over 25 minutes bc she get sending me codes that didn't work. She attempted to send my phone links that never appeared. Then we moved onto email links. Finally she was able to help me bypass the original method so I got checked in. I was completely exasperated!!! This is so incredibly difficult & frustrating when you are 60 years old and have to do this after spending hours that day traveling & going to a concert. Not to mention the damage deposit that is non refundable & this was mentioned no where on Expedia! Now the building was clean & very well maintained and the bed itself was super comfortable (although 60 year old + usually don't like sleeping that low) The room amenities were appreciated. The check out process went smoothly. I think you need to well advertise that these types of hotels are not ideal for older travelers!!! I wish I knew ahead of time bc I would have made it a priority to check in early with an actual person before the concert. The person on the phone I spoke to could have warned me but didn't ."

"stay at this hotel was disappointing despite the staff’s attempts to assist. Shortly after checking into my first room, I encountered a roach. The front desk responded quickly and moved us to another room, but the replacement room was missing several amenities, including a bench and lamp, and the refrigerator hadn’t been turned on prior to our arrival. We were provided dinner and breakfast vouchers, which were appreciated, but did not fully make up for the issues we experienced. Additional concerns included the lack of ice and vending machines on the 6th floor, requiring a trip to the 5th floor, and a bucket placed in the hallway to catch water leaking from the ceiling. The dining experience was also underwhelming. The dinner menu was very limited, and the chef forgot our breakfast order entirely, resulting in nearly an hour of waiting. While the staff was polite and tried to help, the overall condition and management of the property need significant improvement."

"Canceled our stay only after I reached out for check in info. It was Monday night for our 8 person extended family stay for a college graduation weekend happening Friday afternoon. I booked 1 year in advance, manager & vrbo took my money through April 2026. I received a sorry this shouldn't have been rented. Unacceptable."

"We had a lovely stay! We were in town for my son's graduation from CMU, and the location was perfect. The house was spacious, plenty of room for the 4 of us! It was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very responsive and easy to work with, answering right away when we had a question. Parking was no problem at all, there was always plenty of free street parking. There is a tiny driveway that is available, but we never used it. The kitchen was well supplied, although we really didn't use it much. My husband used the coffee maker every morning, that worked perfectly. We would definitely stay here again!"
