"Had a wonderful time with a large group of friends! House is just as pictured, super clean, modern, spacious, with comfortable beds and varying types of pillows to choose from. Great communal areas for gathering and wonderful views from the roof. Kitchen had almost everything we needed to prep and cook meals. Hosts were really responsive, welcoming, and helpful with recommendations. Beach access is unbeatable but also shared with vehicles so not the best spot to lay out or enjoy typical beachy activities. Prepare to fight mosquitos/bug bites on the rooftop especially at dusk but otherwise magical experience! recommend and would stay again!"

"We decided on this rental for our annual Pismo trip with friends. We've been considering an RV so what better way to test our theories!The host was very friendly in all our written communications, and the checkin instructions were so clear and detailed we felt like veteran RVers. Check in was super easy and we never spoke to a soul (but knew she was available as well as the resort staff). We were nervous with making a double reservation with both the host and resort but it was so easy and staff was friendly and professional!The RV was spotless and had everything we needed, including s'more supplies left as a welcome from the host. We had such a great time and if we visit again before we buy our own, we will be using this host again.P.S. My husband wants a pet raccoon...the tire cover was a sign that we would have a blast. The little guy greeted us as we parked!"
