"Only one suggestion is 1) the hot water should be hotter in order to make tea or mix oatmeal 2) some small packs of half/half for coffee would be great. I love their hot breakfast and yogurt selections. Excellent job!!! "

"The entire staff did a wonderful job. The food and service at Bennigan’s was delightful. The snow removal team did a wonderful job with the storm. My wife is an amputee and is in a scooter and with only one leg if she slips on snow, she wouldn’t be able to get back up without calling an ambulance and so it would be great if the shoveling team which you did an awesome job spent time in the area of the handicap parking making sure that there was no snow or ice in the handicap parking anywhere. Overall excellent service "

"Easy access and plentiful off-street parking in a great neighborhood was our first clue that we had selected the right home. The front entry told us everything we needed to know about the entire interior…freshly updated and well decorated. The cooks raved about the kitchen and its equipment, from top end cookware to an oversized fridge, two ovens and a gas range. (After all it WAS Thanksgiving!) We had lots of room and lots of separation. Weather did not allow us to use the pool. Maybe next time!"

"The property is exactly as advertised. Location is about 1 mile from a major thoroughfare and interstate exit. Easy access to to everything in Des Moines and Ankeny. Accommodations were spotless and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly. The driveway has plenty of space. Neighborhood appeared to be safe. The location is about 200 yards from I-80 so highway noise is audible, however, we adjusted to it quickly (and we’re both light sleepers). Bring earplugs to be on the safe side. Communication with the host was nearly instantaneous.We may be back in the area next year for a wedding and we’d rebook this place if so."
