"We booked this hotel specifically so our kids could swim for their birthdays. Unfortunately, the pool was closed each time we attempted to use it. When we spoke with the front desk, we were told there was an issue with the pool chemicals. As a result, the pool was not open on Saturday evening or Sunday morning prior to our departure. The front desk staff were unable to provide a clear timeframe for when the pool would reopen and indicated that it was unlikely to be available during our stay. This was particularly disappointing since access to the pool was a primary reason we chose this hotel for our visit."

"Pool room heater was broken. Water temps were a bit chilly but the room it's self was freezing. Very noisy property-.kids running up and down the halls all night. Staff was rude and property was run down . . "

I wish we would have known kind of what weekend to go there or that there was a limit on who could go to the pool when. We would have planned it on a different weekend where we had the pool, more free.If we would have known there was gonna be everybody in their grandma puppy dog there. "

"The hotel is definitely older. The rooms were super spacious and tge full kitchen was a big plus! The hot tub is broken and has been for awhile. I was sad to learn as Ibwas checking in. That as that is one of the main reasons I chose here and it should be posted but its not. "

"I spent a little more money on a nicer suite over the standard room. The room was dirty, the pillows, sheets, and couch had very questionable stains. The sheets and pillows actually seemed unwashed, and felt as if someone very sweaty had just stayed in the room. The breakfast was from 6am- 9am, when we tried to eat at 8:30 the only thing left was gravy. Even the coffee was empty. I Also had trouble during check in, i had already paid hotels.com and showed the receipt and they showed “no payment” on their end. Now i have to dispute either their charges or hotels.com charges. On a slightly positive, the water in the shower was hot, incredibly hot. On its lowest cold setting it was steaming the bathroom. On its hottest it was as hot as a boiling pot of water and literally scalded to the touch."
