"Parking garage is closed. You have to double park in the street drop your bags in your room and then park in a public garage a block away. Very expensive at $80 per day during our stay. But no other option. Staff are friendly. Central to everything. Breakfast is mediocre at best and at 9:30 was in a state of disarray."

"TV was broken and staff would not fix it. Requested assistance at every stage of my 3 day stay and still sat watching Netflix on my phone propped up on a pillow. Great location, I wish I could say it went better."

"The bed was fairly uncomfortable, and the pillows were not the best. The shower needs a major upgrade as it had mold growing in between the tiles and around the tub. There is a fee to park your vehicle at the hotel, and the elevators are extremely busy. The air conditioner seemed like it didn’t run very well as it was set at 64, but it was still fairly warm. Calling the property was also very awkward because you get transferred through two automated systems and then a live person who then has to connect you to the hotel. The staff were not very friendly. Overall, it’s an extremely average hotel with average rooms. There is nothing amazing about it. "

"Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating from our first arrival. Hotel is in a beautiful setting right on the water. My family members enjoyed the pool and sauna immensely. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again. "
