"A very disappointing stay. Be warned that you are expected to pay a £50 holding deposit, which is not mentioned beforehand! When I queried this I was told I didn't need to pay it because I had already paid for breakfast. Apparently some guests eat breakfast without paying (I wouldn't bother). Staff were friendly but the hotel is very tired in many areas. Although the bathroom was modern, the bedroom carpet was very old, looked dirty, the furniture was old and damaged, no mattress protector under a very thin bedsheet, single thin pillow. Thankfully, the air-con worked well! Breakfast was a complete waste of money! We were offered EITHER a continental or English breakfast. Other hotels offer both options. I thought the safer choice would be continental. It was very basic and cheap. We should've checked out and gone elsewhere without booking breakfast too. Will look for alternative accommodation if we need to return to the area another time."

"Rooms were clean and spacious, location fantastic and breakfast good and plenty of options. Good value for money for a stay at Wembley. "

"Room was clean as such, stains on the floor and marks on the wall. Remote control for the tv had no back to it and felt dirty. Room was smaller than we are used to. Overall for the price we payed it was “barely” acceptable. Didn’t get a great nights sleep. Noise of the heat/air con in the ceiling added to the noise throughout the night. "

"Very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not clean at all, the bedsheets seemed unwashed, and there was an unpleasant smell. The staff were not friendly and didn’t offer help when needed. The service was very poor and not worth the price we paid. I would not recommend it and would not return."

"We stay here quite often. The staff here are excellent. It’s in a good location. There is an indian restaurant on site which serves really good food. The price of a pint of cobra however is £7.50, so not cheap. The bed, bedding and towels are clean. The rooms and hotel are clean. However, property overall is tired. We appreciate it is old, but doors to our bathroom did not close, one of the windows did not shut. If you are in the front of the hotel there is a lot of road noise (I take ear plugs) If you are not looking for 5* luxury you really can’t go wrong."
