"Would definitely stay again best hotel in the Woodlands"

"I lived the natural beauty of the place! It had so many great and fun activities for everyone no matter the age. However the employees at the bar were very rude and aggressive. I understand having a long day but no need to take it out on your guests. It was a group of us and as soon as we walked up she rolled her eyes and said “what do yall want”(blond girl). After we told her and showed all of our IDs she finally was starting to warm up a little. Then another rude lady with purpleish hair came huffing and puffing about everything. I hope they have better days cz being a bartender at a great restaurant with that attitude is crazy! Othe than that I lived everyone’s else’s attitude. "

"Everything was good except there’s no lighting outside at all; most of the parking is in back & on the right side but when it’s dark outside you can’t see anything! It’s pitch black. It truly is scary if you’re a woman alone. "

"Everything was very clean. My room was very nice. Fir the first time, I had a room with a king bed at a Sleep Inn. The kinf bed was quite firm for me compared to the queens in the past. This is in comparison to other Sleep Inns. First time at this location. Parking was easy. Food was amazing."

"The location is so convenient, the hotel itself was beautiful, the rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, and the staff was TOP NOTCH! The customer service we received was beyond amazing! Everyone was positive, courteous, and very thoughtful. I would highly recommend this hotel!!! I will definitely be staying there again!"
