This BRAND NEW 4 bedroom, 2-bath gem sleeps 12 people comfortably and is perfect for groups and families with children. Wake up each morning to fantastic river views and birds singing. After days spent kayaking, fishing, playing outdoor games, cook up a delicious dinner for the group on the outdoor gas grill. End the day watching stunning sunsets, soaking in the bubbling warm hot tub. Or gathering around the fire pit to share some ooey gooey s’mores and wonderful memories

Sitting on 1 acre lot in a gated community, Coco Villa provides seclusion in a spacious open outdoor setting like no others. It’s overflowing with amenities for each and everyone in the group!

Perfect Gateway!

The house is amazing for a weekend gateway. Lots to do around the house including indoor games, volleyball court and pier to play in the river. Donna was a super host! Love our stay and we will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our weekend getaway on the lake. Home is beautifully decorated with plenty of space. We used the kayaks during the day and hot tub at night. Water by the pier was knee deep were my son fell in on his way back from paddle boarding. We would most defantily stay here again. Thank you for sharing this little piece of paradise in the forest of pines

Great stay, house better than photos

The place is amazing and perfect for us! The decor, kitchen and master bath is too notch. There are thoughtful touches throughout the house. We really appreciate all the lightings that gives a peaceful and calm atmosphere. We enjoyed the kayaks, outdoor dining and seating areas. We highly recommend it and would definitely be back!
