"We have stayed here 2 times now due to the location and staff. This place was great for going to the beach nearby or to hang out at Splash Harbor, the staff was always pleasant and helpful! Perfect place for our family of 6 with young children!"

"Was lied to by the owner about the hot tub. It was not working and the owner said someone tried to fix it before our arrival. Funny thing is the part for the repair was still sitting in an unopened box by the hot tub. I reached out a few weeks prior to our visit and was going to cancel but was reassured that the hot tub would be working. I would have rebooked somewhere else. I don’t appreciate being lied to especially when I spent as much money as I did for the rental. This is not an ocean view house either as listed on Vrbo. "

"This is a lovely house with plenty of beds and a great backyard pool and patio. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond to any concerns.The neighborhood is quiet, but not far to Indian Rocks Beach and the Publix by car.Our biggest complaint was that the idea of a self catered place means you get two kitchen trash bags, two dishwasher pods, two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, and no beach towels. If we had had the number of people that there are beds for, that would have been ludicrous! For the rental money there should be ample basics no matter how close the Publix is."

"Host was very quick to respond to any questions. It was very clean and just enough space for a two people. It’s located in a quiet area but close to everything so it was very convenient. Will be back!!"

"The unit was in overall disrepair Unit was not clean when we arrived. Requested 2nd housekeeping. Checked in after 7pm. No parking available. Beds were not changed. One bed had no linens or blankets Sofa sleeper in living room was dirty. Looked like it came from a 2nd-hand store. Kitchen smelled like bacon grease Trash laying on the bottom of the cabinet under kitchen sink Cold water supply leaking in 2nd bathroom. water on floor caused slipping. No bed linens on beds in 2nd bedroom. No blankets on beds. Air Conditioner made loud grinding noise. Maintenance unable to repair. Had to leave the A/C turned off while sleeping. Fresh towels were dirty. Lipstick on "fresh" towels. Resort fees were not advertised on the Expedia listing. "
