"Clean room, quiet area, very convenient location. Check in process was a little odd, staff were okay. Front desk staff are only available until 10pm after that, you have to call a neighbor hotel for assistance. Water park was nice and very convenient but there is an additional charge. View from balcony was amazing. Room was very spacious and clean. Parking was easy until the garage was full and then you had to park on the street. Short walk to restaurants and the beach. "

"There was no hot water in my shower. It got only luke warm at best. I also observed a bug crawling across the floor of my room. The bug resembled what I believe to be a bed bug. I also discovered numerous bites on my body after sleeping one night there."

"We had a really lovely stay at this condo over the past couple of weeks and would definitely recommend it to others.The view is absolutely beautiful and was one of our favorite parts of the stay. The location is excellent, especially for beach access, and the available beach toys were such a great bonus. The kitchen was quite well stocked, which made cooking in easy, and there were plenty of linens for our family. The beds were soft comfortable. My husband does better with a more firm mattress so it was a bit soft for him but managed for our stay. Unfortunately the water park was closed for maintenance the entire 2 week duration we were there so double check the Splash Harbour website first- our son was pretty disappointed but the proximity of the beach made up for it. Overall, this is a great spot in a fantastic location, and we truly enjoyed our time here. With a few small maintenance touch ups in the unit, it would be even better, but we were very happy with our stay and would recommend it."
