"This property is in wonderful location! Walkable to an awesome brewery and short Uber ride downtown. The owner is always reachable and very friendly! It was their family home for many years so they are still in the process of making it a true rental; there were lots of personal items in the home but we were told that before arriving. One thing to note- the largest bedroom is up a small open staircase that may be hard for some to access. The backyard is great for pups! "

"Very convenient location less than 10 minutes from the beach! The owner was great with communication and made check in and check out very easy. The garage was full of helpful items for the beach (umbrellas, toys, etc) that made it easier for going with our kids. "

"Our stay was incredible !! The nicest , cleanest place ever. It was actually way nicer than we could ever have imagined ! Also the private pool was amazing and only 3 steps from the beach. You can't beat that !! Our whole family LOVED it !! "

"The Beach house is located steps away from the beach. The house is super clean, cozy and nicely decorated with a beautiful beach theme. Beds are super comfortable and kitchen has everything you need to cook and prepare a meal. It was a peaceful and relaxing time. "

"We had such a good time, there was plenty to do and the beach is literally right outside your door! We checked in easy, the Publix was close enough to run to and stock the house, and we were able to enjoy the whole town of Clearwater. I highly suggest staying here and enjoying the beach with a very “at home” feel. "

"Parked at a nearby parking garage can get expensive per day.Thr hotel was clean, beds were okay pillows were not my thing very hard to sleep on them for me. Quiet and great location to go out east to walk to everything!"
